Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                 
on June 19 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                 
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                  
                                                                                                    
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 188(FIN) "An Act                                                    
         relating to the maximum amount of loans from the                                           
         bulk fuel revolving loan fund to one borrower in a
